Upright Elite Model ( Aluminum Bed Frame ) Murphy Wall Bed Panel Hardware Kit

The Upright Elite Model consists of one pair of spring lift mechanisms, 18 springs, safety spring covers, panel guards, one pair of manual safety heavy duty tubular fold-away legs, leg crossbar and 4 section Elite Aluminum Bed Frame System complete with a center face panel Aluminum Joiner/Stiffener for the Single/Twin, Double/Full and Queen Size. The King Size comes with 4 "steel" face panel Stiffeners.

All four bed frame sections and the Joiner/Stiffener include commercial grade 3/4" wide glue tape attached, ready to "Peel and Stick" on site. These components are also secured to the bed face panels with screws, which are repeated approximately every 4 inches for strong and quick assembly.

The Elite Model makes it much easier to build a Murphy Bed compared to any Do-It-Yourself hardware kit for a wooden bed frame design.

To build a Single/Twin, Double/Full, & Queen Size, 3 sheets of 4' x 8' x 3/4" plywood are required. The King Size requires 4 sheets. Cut them out into 8 rectangle shapes, which now become the wood components for the Murphy Bed. Edge tape all the exposed edges with preglued wood edge tape. Drill the holes for mounting the left and right spring lift mechanism and to attach the top fixed stretcher. Apply your choice of finish. Now you are Ready-to-Assembly your Murphy Bed. We include the connecting hardware to assemble the cabinetry.

When protrusion into the room is critical, we also offer the Side Tilt Elite Model.
