Side Tilt Economy Model Murphy Wall Bed Panel Hardware Kit

The Side Tilt Economy Model hardware kit consists of one pair of spring lift mechanisms complete with 14 springs, safety covers, panel guards, one pair of manual safety heavy duty tubular fold-away legs and connecting hardware.

To build the Cabinetry, 3 to 5 sheets of 4’ x 8’ x 3/4” plywood, depending upon the size, is required. Cut them out into 19 rectangle shapes, which now become the wood components for the Murphy Bed.

You will also need Pre-glued wood edge tape, a 1” dia wood dowel for the leg crossbar, 4 solid wood 3/4” x 3/4” cleats and wood screws used to attach the plywood bed frames to the bed platform, and 2 leg stops made from either plywood or solid wood. 

Building the bed panels/platform will require glue and the use of clamps.
