Returned Item

For Hardware only, you may return the Do-It-Yourself Hardware Kit(s) purchased from International Murphy Beds Inc. within thirty (30) days of receipt for a refund. The cost of the outbound and return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. A twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will also be charged for returns ordered. Returned products must be in unused condition and in the original packaging.

Damaged or Missing Parts

All items are carefully packaged. If you receive an item damaged or with missing parts, please contact us within fourteen (14) days after you receive the item for replacement parts.
