The Upright Supreme Model consist of one pair of spring lift mechanisms, springs, safety spring covers, panel guards, one pair of manual safety heavy duty tubular fold-away legs, leg crossbar and 4 section Steel Bed Frame System complete with 2 steel face panel stiffeners for the Single/Twin, Double/Full and Queen size. These components are secured to the bed face panels with screws, which are repeated approximately every 3 inches for strong and quick assembly.
No glue tape required unlike the Elite Model. For details of our Aluminum Bed Frame System, please view the Elite Model.
The Supreme Model makes it much easier to build a Murphy Bed compared to any Do-It-Yourself hardware kit for a wooden bed frame design.
To build the Cabinetry, 3 sheets of 4’ x 8’ x 3/4” plywood is required. Cut them out into 8 rectangle shapes, which now become the wood components for the Murphy Bed.
Edge tape all the exposed edges with preglued wood edge tape. Drill the holes for mounting the left and right spring lift mechanism and to attach the top fixed stretcher. Apply your choice of finish. Now you are Ready-to-Assembly your Murphy Bed.
We include the connecting hardware to assemble the cabinetry. |

The mechanism’s attached to the side panels of the bed cabinet. The bed cabinet is secured to the wall studs at top. The frame attaches to the platform and then to the mechanism tension arm.
